Tatsuro Horikawa has always been having a massive hit on Berlin techno music; but this time for JULIUS_7 Fall/Winter 2014-15 he showed us an incredible transposition of music sonority and rhythm in clothes. The ambient was close to darkness, till a bomb of strobes lighted up the venue, in a climax of speed and energy. Models had all a polished black asymmetrical wig on, and leather was highly present everywhere. Conical high-neck collars and exaggerated volumes, inspired by African tribes’ traditional clothes, made a surprising appearance, contrasting the usual Julius’ sleek silhouettes and extending the body.
