Asvoff Show me what you are made of!

Customers aren’t just fashion victims, they are interested, they like to be informed because they want to know what makes their outfit so special, special as they are. it’s not only voyeuristic gossiping, it’s about personal life style.

It’s time to portrait the garment’s prime life, producing information about aim, philosophy and talent, starting with a once upon a time endless story of how designers figured out their exclusive creations, showing why customers picked those clothes. Knowing more about fashion, showing the greatest part of it will helping society to accept the importance of art and artists. A Shaded View on Fashion Film shakes up the old rules of fashion by putting the focus on the moving image, in an industry long dominated by the “still” photographic medium.

AN EXCITING NEW CONCEPT
A Shaded View on Fashion Film shakes up the old rules of fashion by putting the focus on the moving image, in an industry long dominated by the “still” photographic medium. ASVOFF is a festival including a film selection & competition, documentaries, features and installations. The common thread that binds this diverse program is the use of fashion, beauty and/or style as the principal subject, theme or cinematic aesthetic. The festival is a study in the drama, power and personification that fashion evokes and commands on screen.
